I think some of us will appreciate this short article from the USA Today. It tells about a pooch that beyond a lot of physical obstacles reached the highest peak in the northest.

I loved that article! We have a handicapped dog, too. (but he’s a pug and hence does very little hiking.)
That is fantastic. Speakinig as an anminal lover, take care of the pet and they will take care of you, regardless whether he goes with you on the trail or not!
